2. Contact us to get a “Return Authorization Form”. Please fill out all the information and ship the paper together with the returned package.Once you ship out the dress,pls email us the tracking number,then we can help follow up the tracking information.
3. Item(s) must be returned in original condition. If there are any signs of wear, heavy perfumes or smoke the item will be mailed back to you. All dresses must be returned in new, never-worn condition with all original tags attached.
4. When we receive your package we will process the return within 1-3 business days. You can choose money back or store credit. You will receive a store credit promo code for the total price to be used toward another purchase. Code is valid for 12 months from issue date.
5. Custom-made dress and Altered dress cannot be returned or refunded for any reason other than Quality Issues.
6. For the free shipping items returned, we will charge the shipping cost for the package we shipped to you.
7. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

We inspected each dress to confirm the correct style, color, and size. We also inspect all the beading, embroidery, the hems and seams as well before we dispatch the dress.
Color Differ: All the dresses which you see listed on our site are ready made. They are the same color as the pictures show. Sometimes buyers might feel that the color of real dresses are a little different from the pictures. It is because we take the pictures outside or different PC screen shown caused. If you concern with the color, please contact us for more details before purchasing.
Size problem: There is no standard international size. Every store or brand has its own size definition. So don’t rely on the size you usually have and only choose the size base on a proper measurement. All dress are designed for people with average height and body shape. If you are too tall or too short, or odd body shape, please carefully choose the dress style. Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Victoria's Vogue (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
